Have an article you’d like to pitch?
Direct your pitches to editors@bydevan.com and include the word “Pitch: (your title)” in the subject line. Please also include clips (as links) to previous work, and your social media channels.
Your pitch should include the tentative title, approximate word count, a few lines explaining what you want to write about, and why you think it would resonate with the byDevan audience.
All channels are open to freelancers (except for recipes) and we look for personal essays, service pieces, and reported articles that are consistent with the types of articles we publish. Please familiarize yourself with the site to get a feel for the tone, writing style, and type of articles we publish.
